Welcome to QuizArenaX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuizArenaX, a service provided by GlobalStatsX Platform ("we", "our", "us"). By using QuizArenaX, you agree to these Terms.
Who Can Use QuizArenaX
You must be at least 13 years old to use QuizArenaX.
Your Account

One person, one account. Do not share your account with others.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots to manipulate scores or leaderboards.

Send spam, harassment, or abusive messages through our forms.

Reverse-engineer, hack, or attempt to disrupt the service.
•
Impersonate other users or misrepresent yourself.

Use QuizArenaX for any illegal purpose.
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action against users who violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and original written material on QuizArenaX — including but not limited to articles in the “Learn Hub” section, app interface design, the QuizArenaX name and logo, and the GlobalStatsX brand identity — are the intellectual property of GlobalStatsX and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Trivia questions used in matches are sourced in part from the Open Trivia Database (opentdb.com), licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC-BY-SA 4.0). Attribution is provided on our About page in compliance with that license. Original questions authored for QuizArenaX remain the intellectual property of GlobalStatsX.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works from any original QuizArenaX content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the service (playing matches, reading articles, sharing links) is welcomed and encouraged.

Game Content
Quiz questions and content are provided "as is" for entertainment. We try to keep questions accurate but make no guarantees.
Virtual Items (Gems)
Gems and in-game items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. They are licenses, not property.
Service Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimers
QuizArenaX is provided "as is" without warranties. We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GlobalStatsX Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of QuizArenaX.
Termination
You can stop using QuizArenaX and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
